Character Matters
We are in the middle of a war of good vs evil… Good people have realized that it is more important than ever to know who is who in their various circles of family, friends, and acquaintances.
And it came from some personal experiences dealing with family, friends, and acquaintances. I think, to one extent or another, we have all had to deal with similar situations and those in the 2nd Amendment, Prepared Citizen, and Minuteman communities have noticed a trend of lack of character amongst us on YouTube, IG, and other platforms.
Now, let me preface this by saying that many of us jokingly chide one another, make fun of, and call each other out on stupid stuff all the time, but what I’m getting at is different. There seems to be a trend amongst some out there that are trying to gain clout in the community by attacking others, even to the point of zeroing in on one and just not letting up. It is literally textbook schoolyard bullying, but just on the internet. It just isn’t cool.
Then, you go read in the comment section and guys are jumping on the bandwagon, just as though there is a schoolyard fight and the whole crowd cheers on the bully to keep hitting the other guy while he is down.
I would hope that we hold each other to a higher standard, but as in life, we get let down when we see the reality of how those around us act.

Well, what I’m saying is there are guys on the webs who put out info to share with others to lift the overall capabilities of the community, a rising tide lifts all ships type of thing. Then there are guys who are trying to make a name for themselves, in a self serving manner, by attacking the guys who are trying to lift everyone up. Be careful who you align yourselves with and give credence to.
